Team News

Forfar's only certain absentee is David Williams. The young forward was sent off in Monday's 1-0 victory over Arbroath in the Reserve League East. He will face an immediate one game ban - which will be served tomorrow.

After sustaining an injury against Morton, skipper Alan Rattray appears to be a doubt. It is likely that a decision on him will be made at the last minute. Forfar have no other injury worries.

Stenhousemuir will be without Paul Bonar and Colin Waldie, however Gerry McKenna is set to return to the action. Loan signing from Hearts, John Knox, is expected to play his second successive match.

Other News

Honours are even between Forfar and Stenhousemuir, as the sides prepare to meet for the third time this season. Stenhousemuir won the first meeting 2-0 at Ochilview, whereas Forfar won by an identical scoreline at Station Park.

Stenhousemuir had a busy time in the transfer window. John Knox, Keith Knox and Paddy Flannery are just a few of the many additions to the Warriors' squad.

New co-managers Tony Smith and Des McKeown have won two matches on the bounce, with the latter being an impressive victory against Hamilton. However, the Ochilview outfit still occupy the unenviable 10th spot in the 2nd Division.

Saturday's referee will be Garry Mitchell. He will be assisted by Steven McLean and Martin Cryans.
