Other News

After a win, a draw and a loss a piece (scored 5, conceded 5) in this season's meetings to date - Forfar and Morton cannot be separated. Tomorrow is the final clash between the sides this season. Morton sit pretty in the promotion, whereas the Loons are in 5th place with a couple of games in hand on most.

Ton boss John McCormack talked to the Evening Times after the narrow weekend victory over Arbroath: "We deserved to win, there's no question of that. It was a battle at times, but the players fought well and got the result. It was three vital points and we kept a clean sheet, which has been sadly lacking recently. We have a game in hand against Forfar tomorrow and we want to go back to the top."

Tuesday's referee will be Colin Hardie. He will be assisted by Lawrence Kerrigan and Derek Nicholls.
